Just returned from a weekend break in Bath, where we stayed at Chestnuts House. The bedrooms at Chestnuts House are very clean with a feeling of quality throughout and that thought has gone in to ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay through the attention to detail such as fresh cake in the room in each day. The breakfast was...

Stayed 2 nights at Chestnuts House. Made very welcome by Toni who gave us plenty of tips for sightseeing in Bath. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The included breakfasts were the best we have ever had at a B&B or hotel. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

This a belated review of a visit made a year ago - but we have just rebooked for our annual visit to Bath for the Bath Ball. Chestnuts is conveniently placed, and a warm friendly welcome was given. It is comfortably and tastefully presented, spotlessly clean with a super breakfast. We could not fault this reasonably priced Guesthouse- hence a...

Comfortable spacious rooms, with updated bathrooms -- we had two doubles and each was individually decorated and charming. We loved the little touches -- tea and coffee facilities, treat of cake left in room each day, and delicious home-cooked breakfast with 4 hot choices. The gracious host, Tony offered suggestions for best local places to dine in the evening --...

This boutique bed and breakfast establishment is superior to others I've experienced. The rooms are well appointed with good tea/coffee making facilities and a little cake appearing every day! Breakfast is extremely good. Varied choice of food well, presented and beautifully cooked. There is also a residents lounge with current newspapers, sky TV, magazines and comfortable seating. The centre of Bath...

Stayed at Chestnuts House from 08/12/2016 to 10/12/2016 so we could visit the Christmas market in Bath. Location was absolutely brilliant - 5 or 6 minutes walk to the town centre and it's all flat so not an issue when you're carrying multiple bags! The area is nice, not much litter and feels safe fairly late in the evening. On...

We have just returned from another great overnight stay at this gorgeous B&B - our second visit this year. It is right in the heart of Bath in a very quiet, up market street. We parked our 4x4 easily on the forecourt and there was still room for 3 other cars. This morning we offered to move our car on...

A lovely little B&B which is ideally situated, being just a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are smart and spotlessly clean. A little slice of home-made cake awaits you, as does a jug of proper milk for the tea in your room. You can borrow DVDs or books from the communal lounge. The breakfast is delicious. A...

My husband and I went to Bath to catch the first couple of days of the Christmas market (24-25 Nov) and we were really lucky to have booked the last available room in Chestnuts for a single night in Bath. Everything about our stay was truly remarkable: the warmth and hospitality of Toni, the tasteful furnishings of the bedroom and...
