Have just spent a long weekend at The Hollies. It was a charming house as were the hosts, Peter and Joe along with their gorgeous cat, Amber. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and interesting. Each room is themed and decorated based on Peter and Joe's travels and very tastefully...

Recently stayed at the Hollies for the weekend, our hosts David and Joe made us feel very welcome, we stayed in the Chinese room, which was very interestingly decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, full English and you are able to sample the Hollies home made jams and marmalade, which are also available to purchase. Hoping to stay at...

My amazing partner decided to surprise me with a wonderful trip to Bath(despite it being his own Birthday!) as he knew just how much I wanted to visit. Not only was the trip a magnificent surprise but the location of our stay an absolute delight! The owners are the charismatic and hilarious David and Joe. From the second the door...

The room comes with a little summary about the decor - ours was the Indian Room, decorated with artefacts and photos from their travels. Don't miss the homemade jam at breakfast, and if you have questions about the garden, Joe can tell you exactly which variety of rose is growing round the door. Wonderful stay, thank you very much.

I stayed at the Hollies over the weekend of 10th December. David and Joe were absolutely lovely and such great hosts. We stayed in the English Room which was nice and cosy- coffee, tea, biscuits and sweets. The bed was very comfortable and sufficient cupboard space for hanging our clothes. The bathroom was very clean, nice shower and big too....

Spotlessly clean and the most comfy bed and pillows! Hosts were lovely, breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice, not to mention the varieties of homemade marmalades! Delicious! Great location only 15 mins walk to city. Loved the library !

There is no better way to enjoy an exploratory city break than to enhance your stay with a good hotel that provides a comfortable room and bed, good amenities and a hearty breakfast to start the day. This year my wife and I decided to try a B+B and came across The Hollies. What a find so close to the...

This is an experience worth having, traditional hosting on an exemplary level. This house is pleasant comfortable and fascinating with a history of the hosts which is not your average. It is walking distance from bath, although uphill on the way back services to overcome this are in abundance. Whilst this is a private location it is still accessible to...

Room was cosy, equipped with TV and constantly topped up brew facilities. Full English breakfast banished hunger for the day. Hosts were welcoming, charming, helpful and informative. House has an old world character with a delightful garden and a library which guests are encouraged to use. Location- walking distance to city centre, on a bus route for those unwilling to...
