We stayed here over Easter weekend, beautiful period features inside and out. Gorgeous breakfasts couldn't do enough for you. Gracious host Julie was very helpful she was like our own tourist information board. Great beds so comfortable had some good nights sleep even joked that I would not be leaving lol lol. Rooms had everything you needed and anything you...

My friend and I shared a twin room in this guesthouse. Lovely, friendly owner who made us feel very welcome and showed a real interest in helping us enjoy our trip to Bath. This guesthouse is in a very central location as it is only a ten minute walk to the centre of town. Breakfast was really lovely with great...

Me and my boyfriend found this lovely B&B online and we couldn't be more happy. Once we arrived we have been greated by Julia which recognised us straight away. Staff is very friendly and Julia has been very helpful with all the main informations regarding the city, making our trip lot easier! Our room was clean and warm, same for...

Lovely, friendly, accommodating owner & staff; excellent breakfast included; we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Close enough to the city to walk in easily even using walking sticks. We have nothing at all bad to say about the guesthouse - perhaps facilities may be a little below really top-class hotels, but extremely good for a B&B.

Lovely, warm & inviting small hotel. 5 minutes from town & station. Therefore perfect location for everything Bath has to offer. It was lovely to be greeted by the hotelier Julie. Again warm & welcoming, very helpful to us with her knowledge of the town & its surroundings. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast we met with the lovely Anne with...

Lovely B&B, very comfy, nicely decorated. Room overlooked busy road yet we weren't disturbed by the traffic noise. Short walk to the Abbey and most things are a short distance from there. Enjoyable breakfast, gets busy as served from 8:15 to 9:15 but still preferable to having to cook it yourself. Option was given to have later. Great to have...

FREE WiFi everywhere, in room tea and coffee facilities, a proper hair dryer and a great digital TV. The room we had was extremely large and had a...

Great little B&B. Fantastic breakfast, lovely clean and comfy room. Great location and not even a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Julie our host was so nice and incredibly accommodating in letting us leave our bags with her after we had checked out as we wanted to do a little more exploring before catching our train home....
