Beautiful hotel and loved our room - we had room 15. We both found the room warm, quite and cosy. The price is good value for the history and beauty of the place, and the bed was soooo comfy I stept like a baby. We were also impressed by the breakfast, my vegi breakfast was lovely. The hotel is right...

Stayed here twice already, and going back this year. What a great hotel, lovely breakfast and lovely staff. On weekends it can be a bit loud, but its a pub in the middle of Glastonbury, so enjoy it and the beers!

We visited this pub at the end of our visit to the area, which is a shame as it would have been nice to try out the food here. However we enjoyed the history of the building whilst having a drink instead. It is very old with interesting little rooms and apparently a wedding venue too. There was a couple...

Went to this hotel with my partner and some friends of ours stayed there. The hotel exterior is ancient. Nothing is level or straight. Learned glass windows. It looks fantastic. The bar is located on the floor and the ambience created by the dim lights, looking out through leaded glass. The rooms are awesome there are rooms in the old...

We had a quiet room at the back, lovely old Hotel. Room very warm but cosy. Bathroom shower very good. Breakfast very good choice and evening food tasty. Parking easy in pat as you go car park at rear.

Very nice room, lots of character. Great history. We loved the floor in the room, it was hilly! Not your average boring hotel room. Great staff and good food. The pub is cosy with a lovely open fire. Not bad for all most 500 years old!

This is a real quirky hotel, in a good way. So much character from start to finish. The man on reception was very friendly, easy to find parking at back of hotel on his directions. We were too late for dinner on a sunday evening and the same lovely man directed us to a nice place to eat very close...

A quirky unique hotel. We came straight to the hotel from the airport after approx 30 hours of travelling. We managed to get street parking a little down the road, checked in and were informed that there was free parking at the back of the hotel. The manager could see that my husband was dead on his feet and instead...

If you like talking about laylines, crop circles and beanies then Glastonbury town is the place to go and The George and Pilgrim is right in the middle of it. It may well be the oldest permanently serving hotel in South West England but the building is really a mix of some old bits but some Victorian additions too Im...

Have had an absolutely brilliant time staying in the George & Pilgrims in Glastonbury. The Pub itself is a beautiful old Tudor inn, and the aesthetic carries through into the rooms which are wonderfully decorated. We stayed in the Abbot De Bere room, which has a wonderfully comfy four poster bed. The staff and owner where fantastic and always happy...
