Stayed for one night to attend a family party. Its not luxury but for £49 a night for bed and breakfast it was a comfortable stay Everything was there that you needed and it was very clean. Staff very friendly but that is always the way when you stay in Stoke.

A modern, family run hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean, well proportioned and equipped rooms, with a private door to the balcony outside. We have stayed several times and recommend this hotel anybody. The restaurant and bar, offer a good variety of good food and drinks.

I stayed at the Tollgate and found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were ok and the location was ideal for me. The decor could do with updating but its just a little out of date, not shabby or dirty. The food was ok and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good but...

This place was amazing!! We had 5 people in our group and we stayed in a bungalow that slept 6. It was SOO cute and perfect for our group. There was three room, a kitchen, washer, a living room, and a back yard. Very clean!! We all slept like babies!! They do have smaller rooms for smaller groups. The rate...

I stayed here for a quick business trip stopover on my way to a meeting in Stone. Situated in a quiet part of town next to a cricket club. It's not a modern hotel and the rooms are of a motel style. Check in was easy and quick, the rooms are in need of an update. There's a decent free...

This is a modern and inexpensive hotel with staff who are really pleasant and helpful. It's not a sophisticated experience, but it's excellent value for money. Breakfast is ok, but vegetarian options are limited!

This hotel has a motel section which we stayed in. A simple room with all the necessities for a short stay. It was large enough with a decent shower over the bath. A little tired in some areas but ok for the price.

One night stop over on way to Wales. Had to ring a bell on arrival as staff were on duty in bar. Only a short wait for some one to arrive. Instructions on how to find room were too complicated for me and involved driving from one end of the car park to the other (we walked). Room (on first...

We stayed for the night when we took the kids to Alton Towers. The rooms were clean and fairly large but a little dated. The bar area was also dated and empty but we were there early so it may have been busier later on. The hotel was ok for an overnight stay and the redeeming factor for this hotel...

We stayed here in the lodge, for 2 nights whilst we went to Alton Towers. Lovely and clean, spacious and has everything you need. The staff are lovely and friendly, breakfast was great and we had no problems. Next time we visit Alton Towers we will stay here again.
