Had lunch here with my two children 7&5 and a friend on a Thursday, not very busy and it was one o'clock so well into lunchtime. However we seemed to have caught them on the hop as it took 40 minutes for our two fish and chips and a sandwich with chips ( which was supposed to be a Brioche...

wow! What an experience, Just finished lunch with my husband and had such an enjoyable time. We was greeted by a lovely lady who's name I didn't catch, she seemed like she was the manager. What a fantastic business she is running. Everyone seemed like they were enjoying their working environment, the place could do with a lick of paint...

DO NOT GO THERE. It is filthy and both the food and staff are the worst I have ever encountered. Really arrogant staff, other staff who did not have a clue what they were doing. A chef who actually accused me of being a liar!!!!!!!!!! THE FLOORS HAD NOT SEEN A VACUUM FOR MONTHS. FILTHY TOILETS WITH SOILED NAPPIES LEFT...

Arrived and was greeted by friendly staff, another staff member carried our suitcases up three flights of stairs, the bar staff were professional, great sense of humour and served us fast. At breakfast a paticular staff member called Asa went the extra mile, gave us extra mushrooms with our breakfast and endless orange juice. It felt like we had a...

We stopped here on the way home from Norfolk for lunch. We had the burger in a bun, plus chips and beetroot relish. The chips were rather well cooked and the burger was brown on the outside but pink inside and very greasy, my husband eat his and mine as to undercooked for me. Since then Husband has been unwell...

We recently stayed at the white hart and have to say, we really enjoyed our stay! A big open plan bar with a good selection of drinks. Staff were really very good and nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were surprisingly good, clean, smart and not at all what we expected! Breakfast was fresh, ample and served quickly. I...

We often stop in here for lunch and the new menu is really good. 2-4-1 on burgers, good selection of starters/sharers and sandwiches. They do full mains but we've never had these. Our latest visit was a fish finger brioche and steak and stilon baguette. Both lovely. Steak did have some gristle that was inedible but overall still nice. Service...

I've stayed here twice now and would describe both visits as about on par. The hotel is a bit rambling. On arrival I read a sign at reception saying that if no one was there got to the bar. I then stood at the bar and waited until the barman had finished serving. I told him I was checking in...

We stayed here as a stop over, and the local premier inn was full. It was slightly more expensive but it is in a great town centre location. First impressions of the hotel reception was very new and nice with good parking. The pub area stank of sticky floors and a "dirty" pub. The route to the room was dated...
