Stayed in this delightful B&B during September 2016 for 2 nights - very hospitable and beautiful relaxed & tranquil location. Tucked away within the Surrey countryside amongst the woods - you come across this oasis with a beautiful garden and setting to match. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxed and quiet stay - good for countryside walks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leylands Farm. We could not have been made more welcome by Anne and her 3 friendly dogs! The annexe was joined onto the house but had its own entrance and felt very private. Anne popped in everyday to see if she could assist us in anyway and left us the most delicious continental breakfast....

I very much enjoyed my stay at Leylands Farm. The annexe cottage is beautifully appointed over two floors (bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with everything needed for a peaceful and self-contained stay. The attention to detail from the crisp bed linen to neat willow-pattern crockery is superb. Breakfast is local produce and pleasantly laid out. Fresh-laid eggs are available. The owners...

My wife and I really enjoyed the two nights we stayed at Leylands Farm. It is in a lovely spot, accessed via delightful hollow lanes overshadowed by beech trees, and very, very quiet. The log-burner in the downstairs room warmed everywhere up thoroughly in the evenings, and there was everything we needed for a good night's sleep and a satisfying...

Peaceful and beautiful surroundings with woodland walks from the front door. We enjoyed the large sitting room with log fire, comfortable bed and bath and beautiful gardens. Breakfast arrangements were ideal for us. Excellent hostess. Well-placed for travel into south London.

My partner and I spent a lovely weekend at this beautiful B&B. Adjacent to the main house but self-contained with its own entrance, it offers complete privacy. An array of breakfast ingredients are supplied and the log fire is a real bonus. Perhaps the most striking feature is the sculpted and well-tendered garden - enormous in size and complete with...

Leylands Farm is beautiful. You are greeted at the electric gate by daffodils, magnolia trees and the scent of wonderfully cut grass. The annex suit is behind the house, and hidden by lovely foliage. Inside you will find all the breakfast you need, and cook yourself, a wood burning stove, comfortable sofas, and a feeling of home. Upstairs there a...

The self contained area was perfect for a short break to the country. Everything had been thought of by the owners who respected your privacy and provided a varied breakfast with plenty of provisions including their own hens eggs. The log burner was just amazing after a long walks over in Box Hill and Leith Hill. We slept so well...

From the minute I found this property through a detailed internet search, I knew that this was a place to stay. Who could resist the 'quintessential English style accommodation' that is offered by Leylands Farm? Right from the first initial contact via email with our host, Annie, there was a positive and genuine connection. I found her to be personable,...

We were in desperate need of relaxation and recuperation and Leylands Farm provided this in spades. A wonderful 19th century house and extensive gardens, with an annexe you get free reign of. The attention to detail is unsurpassed with every little detail thought of. We will certainly be back.
