Only Stayed for one night so limited review. Room was good. Drink in the bar was good. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice and friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a tight squeeze. Slept really well so wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Fabulous atmosphere the staff were really helpful. The food served in the restaurant in Fratello's was lovely and the kids ate free. Good food and the chef Darren went out of his way to cook me dishes without cheese.

After the initial crazy check in procedure, we actually quite liked this hotel. It was located on the edge of Newcastle Centre in Jesmond which is slightly more upmarket. The Metro station is a two minute walk away and we bought an all day ticket (£5 each) to travel to the coast (Tynemouth - well worth a visit) as well...

We have stayed here before and had been delighted with our choice which is why we came back. We booked a standard room through Hotels.com. The hotel is easy to find, just off the central motorway, has free on-site parking and is an easy walk into the city centre and short distance from Jesmond Metro station. Because of the bank...

Thank you very much for your review. I am very sorry to read that you were disappointed with your recent stay. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee an early check in and, as you can probably understand, the hotel was very busy during the bank holiday weekend. First of all, I am sorry that you did not have a...

Stayed here 1 night during a weekend in Newcastle. Arrived just after 2 to check in, got a parking space and headed in to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Headed to our room on the 3rd floor - found the room quiet considering it's on quite a busy, noisy road. We were a bit confused when we got to...

I booked two rooms for 1 night Saturday to Sunday in April 2017. On arrival, the hotel outside was clean and smart. It is located beside a busy road in a fashionable area of Newcastle. Inside the lobby is spacious and clean. Our room was a standard room with double bed and was clean and nicely presented. No bath just...

I stayed here once again whilst on business in the north east. Great service, clean and tidy room. I have nothing to complain about this hotel. Very close to some very good restaurant on Osbourne road, but if you can't be bothered with the ten minute walk the in house restaurant is fantastic also.

A pleasant surprise after a horendous 6.5 hour drive from West London. Rang ahead to ensure the restaurant would still be open. V comfortable bed,a bit too hot and stifiling, but easily opened windows had a more comfortable sleep. Breakfast was okay, the selection of sliced fruit on the buffet wasn't up to standard. Easily a tinned variety. No fresh...

My room was an executive one, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Hotel bar was good and there was a choice of a 2nd one on site. Breakfast was very good and a large selection of dishes. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in the area
