Overall this is a very nice hotel with great facilities (shame about the £5 charge for the gym). The Village bar is excellent for beer, food and sports and if you want to eat out there are other options within a 10 min drive if you fancy a change. The car park is very busy early evening but clears out...

We stayed here overnight so did not get to use the pool or any other facilities. Room was clean and recently refurbished and had everything we needed: hairdryer, iron and board, tea making facilities ( although there were only two teabags) and free wifi. The new check in facilities are quite impersonal though as you check yourself in on a...

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. Unfortunately there was a big wedding party on the night of our stay, so was woken a few times, but on the whole a great stay. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone and very well laid out. Would have been nice to use the spa and leisure facilities, but as our time was...

I always look to stay at a village hotel when away with work, rooms clean and tidy, beds comfortable, breakfast and bar meals of a good standard, with clean leisure facilities. Makes staying away with work relaxing and pleasureable. This was a new hotel to me, but it didn't disappoint, would definitely stay again.

Went with friends to the Gary Barlow tribute night. Despite a few problems ( check in system down, no lift working) the staff were super and got us checked in early. Food in both pub and at the tribute night superb. Great room, good sleep great breakfast. Would recommend.

The restaurant staff were lovely and the food good as was the breakfast. A bit stuck in the hotel as its on a business...
