Pre-paid for accommodation in theory not allowing changes, but meeting dates were changed a late notice. Spoke to hotel staff and as they had vacancy were very accommodating and helpful allowing me to change dates without incurring any additional costs.

Good location in heart of Jesmond with plenty of bars and restaurants in short walking distance. Very limited car parking space mind. The hotel can be described as traditional insofar as a bit old fashioned and non corporate but is all the better for that....More
Staying in Newcastle for 3 nights. This hotel ticked the boxes - quiet, pleasant location but near to local shops, restaurants , had parking and near metro. Staff very pleasant on arrival and during stay and breakfast decent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will stay again....More
