Booked this hotel as I was seeing Ed Sheeran at the Metro Arena. The parking across the road is ideal and discounted from the hotel. The hotel is across the road from the arena so great location. Hoyel was good value for money fine for what we wanted. The bed was comfy and clean sheets but I just felt the...

This hotel was immaculate! The rooms are of a good size, equipped with everything you need from toiletries, iron and hair dryer. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet and pillows were so cosy. Flat screen digital tv and kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Bar is very reasonably priced which we didn't expect and the food is outstanding the staff...

The welcome given by the reception Manager was very helpful and friendly . He explained that the room was not ready as yet mainly because I arrived early and did not expect that rooms would be ready. I was offered a complementary drink in the bar . The service was very good over all for both lunch and dinner on...

Stayed here twice before, first time had breakfast which is quite over priced but delicious. Rooms are basic but clean and serve the purpose of an overnight stay. Love Newcastle its such...

I spent a couple of nights at the Jury's Inn whilst in the city for business recently. The staff are super friendly & helpful. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, a good size and well equipped. The bathroom could do with refreshing and the shower pressure wasn't great - but was manageable. I had occasion to eat in the hotel and...

Had a great stay at the Jurys inn in Newcastle. Walking distance to city centre and to see all the bridges over the water. Hotel is clean and food was lovely. Seemed like the hotel was extremely busy over the weekend but we did not have any issues with noise or delay in service. The staff are so friendly as...

Everything in your room wobbles, including sockets/toilet holders/mirrors etc .It's like living in an earthquake. Breakfast is alright but fruits are under standard. The wet fruits were still frozen inside and you bite into some ice while eating those. Apples are waxed. Don't touch these.
