An excellent central place to stay. We had a river view and also could watch the nesting Kittiwakes. We had the meal deal which was a great deal...cooked beautifully. The staff , especially Sophie, Loyal and Katie, we're so helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team work so hard and keep the rooms spotless. Thank you for a great stay.

Best of the chain hotels - knocks Ibis, Travelodge etc into touch. Not the best Premier Inn I've stayed in (that award goes to Hull :) but the staff were friendly and helpful, as per usual, and the beds comfortable and the rooms clean. Only thing is, this is Newcastle, so there's going to be noisy guests! As it's not...

We stayed here at the beginning of March with 4 friends. Lovely hotel on the quayside with great bar. Also a good base for heading out to other bars etc. Definitely stay again in the future. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Has a secure car park that you need to press book.

Stayed here last night as a little get away in town with all the great restaurants near by. Perfect location on the quayside with parking too so you don't have to worry. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and warm. A couple of minor issues were the strange cramped lift to get to the fourth floor...

Good location, close to shops, close to Newcastle Arena. Good car park. Excellent breakfast. Good size family room. Excellent staff. Some really lovely bars & restaurants close by. Would definately recommend. Very quiet at night considering you are city centre.

Stayed here for one night whilst attending a concert at the Sage. Straight out the door you are greeted with the magnificent sight of the Tyne bridge. This and the supporting tower has many nesting seabirds with a cacophony of their calls ! The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful huge bed. We were at the back of...

Really good rooms at a fair price. Right on the quayside and the city centre. Booking was easy. Come quite often, will defiantly be booking again. Can be a little more expensive on a Friday or Saturday.

Big hotel right alongside the Tyne, good place to explore the City Centre from. Decor, fittings and fixtures are a bit tired, a no frills and basic comforts hotel. Underground car parking available but you need to pre-book a space. Nice and quiet at night and friendly, helpful reception staff.

Fab hotel to stay at for even one night! Staff were lovely, room was clean and plenty of hot water! Paid only £29 pound for the room and it was a very good size. 😀will be staying again in the near future. Rest of the hotel was both warm and welcoming.
