The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room was large and clean, and very quiet as we were situated to the rear of the hotel. The location is great for most of the attractions you are likely to visit in Newcastle, and you have a lovely walk along the Quayside straight outside the hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room WA as expected for a Premier Inn, although on check in the heater had been knocked off the wall, a quick phone call and it was sorted. Brilliant location for concerts, football and pubs. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the only meal we had but again, cannot fault the...

We stayed here due to its location. The rooms are clean, plenty or room with everything you need. Really comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend the breakfast with lots of choice. All in all excellent value for money in a brilliant location

Stayed for three mid-week nights in April 2016. Pluses: Clean, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, good and secure parking, good location (for us) right on the quayside. Negatives: The room we had was really quite 'tired', the 'Premier Inn Free WiFi' is a bit of a joke, in fact I think it's there to annoy you so much (slow,...

Newcastle is a great city to visit, whether you like art galleries, music, shops or the night life. I came with a friend to see a concert at the Sage and the Premier Inn on the Quayside was a brillliant place to stay for that purpose. It is directly across the river from the venue and we had a great...

This is a very well located hotel but in arriving on the weekends, a pop-up market is in operation on the quayside. As a result the road the satnav wants you to use is blocked. After seeking advice from a security guard, we headed across a bridge (as instructed ) and the satnav rerouted in order we came in from...

Struggled to find this premier inn. The postcode we were given sent us to the travel lodge round the corner. Hmmmm strange. Finally found it with the help of one of the locals. This building is lovely and has a beautiful outlook. Shame the rooms are so dated. Can't say it was the cleanest premier inn I have ever stayed...

First time in a premier inn. Our daughter selected this hotel for convenience and modest price. I did wonder if it would live up to the advertising. It did and more. Such a large comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was as good as anywhere else for fresh food preparation, plentiful coffee etc. And much lower than usual price on meal...

Stayed her with a group of friends. Only complaint is I booked a bridge view room, and even though reminded several times this did not happen. I was moved though, so no problem in the end. Great stay, and nice clean hotel. Staff friendly and we had an evening meal in the hotel and staff were excellent. Thank you.

Having stayed at premier inn in various cities, I booked this the night before we were due to go to a wedding. We arrived and having already booked into the car park, parking and check inn were simple and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Service at the restaurant was fantastic and they were very accommodating with dietary needs....
