Stayed here on 12 th sept checking in was like waiting for wallpaper to dry ,the young man behind the desk was dead slow ,we were giving a card to get in the room which was a disabled room ,the shower floor looked dirty ,. Card giving didn’t work so we were given another which didn’t work either it took half an hour to get in room ,there was only one person on desk with a lot of people waiting to be served, safe to say used easy hotel a few times but won’t in future.

Hello Lynn B, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Here in easyHotel we believe in offering clean and basic accommodation, always in super central location without a hefty price tag. In order to keep our rates really bargain, we are operation lone working policy most of the day with only one member of staff on duty. Please accept our apology for the delays and technical issues during the check in . My colleague who was assisting you that day is still in training process but we believe he did his best during his first solo shift. We hope you will give us another chance in the future and we can showcase our super budget standard without frills. Kind Regards, Dan

Think Easy Jet basic room. With the music from the nightclub next door banging till 3am, drunk revellers returning early hours with no consideration for others and the noise from the street started at 7am- don’t expect to sleep. Perfect for Hen & Stag parties, but not if you need more than 2hrs sleep!!

Hello eshaw289447, Thank you for taking your time to leave the review regarding your recent stay. As per your score you gave to us, we are glad you enjoyed our cleanliness standard and central location. Please accept our apology for external noises during your stay. This aspect is unfortunately sometimes out of our hands due to our very central location. To ensure internal noise is being kept on minimum, our receptionist are performing regular floor walks during the days and nights. During the busy periods such as weekend, we also have external security on site. We are sorry once again we felt short on that occasion during your stay. We do hope to be able to welcome you to easyHotel in the future. Kind Regards, Dan

I guess im biased after spending the previous 4 nights camping but the bed was lovely and comfortable, temperature you could adjust, the room itself was actually decorated tastefully and appeared more luxury than the price! Had a lovely stay, I woke up twice from others coming back in early hours/doors but that's not the hotels fault. Would 100% stay again!
