Have visited this stylish boutique hotel on 2 occasions. Wonderfully located in front of the RS Theatre and within easy walking distance to everything. Friendly accommodating staff. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Due to covid measures breakfast times were staggered and the bar lounge and restaurant was closed during our stay which effected the ambiance. Would return.

Awful 2nd experience. Staff ignorant, dining area unclean cobwebs which had been there a while based on the amount of flies. Bedrooms not cleaned to a high standard and definately not 4 star worthy. 1st night was paid for by hotel due to an awful 1st stay experience for birthdays earlier in the year. 2nd night was paid for by myself at a discounted rate but hotel ended up refunding because of problems we encountered and reported to general manager. Location fantastic and hotel could be wonderful but falls short at every turn. Restaurant is always empty can only assume its down to food not being of quailty which you can find at local restaurants located with a stones throw. To blame Pandemic on poor staff attitudes and poor cleaning standards is NOT acceptable. Will not return nor recommend!!

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Stratford and good walking distance of theatre, shops and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and remembered who we were which is always welcoming. Would recommend a stay here.
