The hotel is in a superb location, particularly if you are visiting the RSC - I counted 26 paces from the door or the Swan Theatre to the door of the hotel. Public areas are excellent and our room was too. The supper we had at the the hotel was first class, albeit only fair value for money. Great parking...

Directly across the road from the RSC is the Arden Hotel. There is plenty of car parking on site and the location is very handy for all the amenities and attractions of Stratford Upon Avon. We had breakfast on both mornings of our stay and both were excellent. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I had booked this hotel for a weekend away for my partners birthday, on arrival we received a very warm welcome and were shown to our room by the receptionist, we had been upgrade to the pine room. Of boy! The room was beautiful, a card, chocolates, fruit and letter left by the management, what a lovely touch. The pine...

We had a two night stay at The Arden Hotel in Stratford. Lovely big 'superior' bedroom with huge bathroom with both massive shower and bath. Spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant excellent - we sampled dinner, full afternoon tea and breakfast. Everything freshly made. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive without being annoyingly so [!] and really appeared...

We stayed in this hotel for one night after visiting the theatre. We were celebrating our anniversary, so wanted to have a bit of luxury and having read the reviews, were looking forward to our stay. First impressions were good. The service at the desk was good. There was plenty of car parking space and when we walked into the...

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. We were lucky to have a great view too. The brasserie is fantastic - had a lovely drink in there and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

A fantastic location for this very comfortable and friendly hotel. The staff were excellent and nothing seems too much trouble. Excellent stay and business meeting venue. Food was of very high quality as we sampled breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Arden is a good quality hotel with a great location just by the Royal Shakespeare theatre and the river Avon. On a nice day, do enjoy eating outside in the garden facing the river. Rooms are clean and nice, although somewhat small. Service is satisfactory, but not impressive. What we missed most was a broader and better selection at the...

It's very rare I find myself thinking "just about everything about my stay away from home was excellent" but this is certainly what I think about my brief time at The Arden. The hotel building is attractive, well maintained and in great location. There are many hotels that are similar in this regard but few that make the extra effort...

We took a last minute break to see something new at The Swan Theatre (review to follow). The hotel Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package is great value. Due to work commitments, we could not have the pre-theatre dinner, but having ordered from a very well balance table d'hote menu before we left for the theatre, we were served an excellent...
