The leisure facilties are open from 7am, and the spa is open for treatments from 9.30am (treatments must be booked in advance).

I agree it is the worst (supposedly 4 star hotel ) I have ever stayed in. I was promised a call from the manager about my numerous complaints but no call or response on trip advisor. Poor management .

a week on an the manager has still ignored my totl review - now others are agreeing with my issues yet nothing is done about it. See Trustpilot reviews about this hotel. You will avod at all costs.
