The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We had a king room which suited our needs very nicely. Upon check in we were told that as it was a two night stay there would be no housekeeping service for our rooms, there was extra towels in each of the rooms and we could request more if required. This is down to COVID control for the hotel guests and staff safety. It had no effect on our stay. Breakfast seemed to cater for all guests and the manager was friendly and efficient. We dined in the restaurant one night, which all four of us enjoyed and once again the staff were all brilliant. I can recommend a stay here, not just for the location and the staff but for the scenery also. 10/10

Horrible experience ! No housecleaning service unless you stay there for 3 nights. As we only stayed for 2, we had a dirty toilets, bathroom and messy bed for the 3 days we were there. When we complained they explain they don’t have staff to give these standard services and told us that there was a room with towels and supplies for our rooms so we would just help ourselves !! Worst than an Air BnB ! Unbelievable ! No concierge either ! Our stay was a nightmare and such a disappointment !!!!

Good location next to river, clean hotel, friendly efficient knowledgeable staff. Breakfast restaurant manager, Jeremy is the best host, remembers you year on year. Would of liked the Evening set menu meals to have had some variation during the week, however the main menu meals were plentiful. The hotel was busy with conferences but the staff made you feel you was the only guest. Would recommend to others looking for a relaxing stay in Stratford upon Avon.

Perfect location for accessing town by foot. Great decor and amenities. Great to have a pool and gym to relax in. The greatest credit to the hotel however are the staff who without exception are courteous, friendly, helpful and charming whilst remaining professional. Didn’t use the restaurant but ate one night in the bar area which was casual and relaxed. Loved the club lounge , excellent for a pre dinner drink and nibbles. Pretty location , especially the riverside bar, and outdoor seating area by the water. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you!
