Great hotel. Great location. Few little extras in the room which was nice. Staff were great. Was so happy we booked our stay and would 100% recommend. Everything was amazing. If you want a hotel close to town, bit quirky, but clean, upmarket and with a personality. This is it. Parking on site. Breakfast in your room no extra charge. Restaurant on site and a bar.

My partner and I booked in for the night and was blown away. From the moment we arrived the staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning everything needed to the last detail and the bed was so comfy and a beautiful view of the garden. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with fresh juices and continental food bar and selection of hot food, the staff were extremely attentive and made sure everything was spot on and everything double checked for my partner with his allergies. All in all we had an unforgettable experience and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you Hotel Indigo

Terrible night's sleep, uncomfortable sloping bed and uncontrollably hot. Followed by bizarre service experience. The hotel is an old building so floors aren't level. Fine. My room had a slanted bed, so sloped that you couldn't sleep properly. Not ideal, I thought, but what can you do? I mentioned this on the online feedback, and it turns out they know about this and just hadn't bothered to put the levelling feet (which they do have, it turns out) on the bed properly for my stay. When you pay full price for a night's sleep and don't get a wink, because of something that is directly the fault of the hotel, I feel that's fair grounds for some kind of refund. I didn't say anything at the time as I thought the beds were just rubbish and was planning not to come back. The fact they know this problem and have a solution but didn't bother/mention it - despite charging me full whack - is just annoying. This was far from a cheap room. Surprisingly their response was along the lines of 'sorry, we will tell housekeeping to put them on next time' and they've asked me to come back and stay again - presumably at full price. Mildly insulting to be honest.
