Hotel located centrally for visiting places of interest on foot. Comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly service from all staff. Would visit again. Convenient car parking - not all hotels in Stratford have adequate parking ot accommodate all guests.

This is a great hotel situated in the heart of Stratford and conveniently located for all amenities and attractions the town has to offer. On arrival the welcome was warm and the check in process was quick and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and extremely helpful. The room, in the newer part of the hotel, was large,...

Stayed for one night. Comfortable spacious room. Ok furnishings and carpets a bit dated but overall a great hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Will visit again.

Good location for town and theatre. Breakfast better on the second morning - self service. Very poor selection of real ales - unsatisfactory but handy pub close by with good ales. Convenient parking being the main reason for this an previous booking.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our rooms. Car parking was handy to have too. The hotel is located in a very central position, we were able to walk to everything. Staff were very professional and our children loved the buffet breakfast!

This was my second stay here and the location is wonderful for anyone interested in Shakespeare and the theatres. The availability of parking is a big bonus. Booking was simple and staff extremely helpful and pleasant. I took my grandson (his first time in Stratford) and he enjoyed every minute of the weekend and was very happy with the amenities...

Nice hotel, good central area for food shops and sights. Staff polite. Good pub area. Ensure you confirm charges if you open an account for extras on arrival. Mine changed from arrival to booking out!

Found the staff very helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast cooked to order rather than the usual buffet in many hotels. The room was fine, would have liked a few more toiletries, but they were adequate. Only a short walk to the Theatre which was the reason for our stay.

We upgraded to an 'Executive Suite' with a balcony as we were worried the standard rooms didn't look a great option when we viewed them online. I dread to think what they would have been like judging by the run-down state of the Executive ones! The decor was dated to say the least, the door frames out to the 'balcony'...
