On arrival, there was no one at reception (this carried on over the day and the next day). Very unprofessional and irritating for someone who had come from London. It was a poor start to the day. I had requested a few days before arrival to check in between 8-9am. Arrived at 9am to find that the request had not...

It's a tricky arrival because you can't really park your car outside (except with a bit of manoeuvring) and the car park is a 5 min walk away. It's also a little strange to go to reception and see a sign saying to go into the bar to check in. The fact is it's really a pub with rooms on...

Stayed for 2 nights at New Year. Room was in the attic. Enough space, comfy bed and the bathroom made good use of space under the eaves. Room was very warm and had an extra space for dressing. Big TV on the wall. Well situated and although there is no parking on site, there is a car park within 2...

Lived in the area for years and finally decided to visit as a birthday treat. It was average and for this reason won't be returning. Booked table for 8pm as didn't want families or children running around. The staff were brilliant can not fault them. Had the hallumi chips, bread and oils and olives to start was lovely bread was...

What a fab place. We booked a family room to attend a trade show locally. We were shown to our room which was actually a 2 x room suite layout with shower room. OK ... negatives - shower room was tiny and the shower was hard to work. We reported this so I am confident that this will be fixed....

We booked to stay here for a couple of nights, as we were going to the races. I'll start with the positives. The location was perfect. Just a very short walk from the Square, were you can find shops, pubs and restaurants. The race course was only a 10 minute walk away, the Castle less than that. On arrival we...

This hotel is well located close to the centre of the town. There is no car parking but the public car park is a few hundred metres away and charges £4.50 per day. Although we had a comfortable stay the hotel room did not meet expectations as advertised on the website...."Each of our opulent hotel rooms comes with a handmade...

Enjoyed our meal very much. The food was delicious. The cocktails were delicious too. The staff were very quick to serve us knowing we were in a hurry. They catered for the two young children who were with us with a children's menu and pictures and crayons. I would definitely go again next time I visit Warwick
