We booked direct with Janet via email as looked at various places but park cottage stood out. Arrived and greeted by Janet who gave us a very interesting history of the cottage while we checked in, we had the Elizabeth room with four poster bed, en suite, wooden floors and beams, TV freeview, tea and coffee making facilities. Each room...

We spent two lovely nights at Park Cottage last weekend. Janet was incredibly helpful from the time of booking onwards. On our arrival she made us feel very welcome and was always available during our stay to answer any questions or offer advice. Breakfast each day was delicious with a lot of choice. Our room was lovely with a very...

We stayed for 2 nights in the self catering "Daisy Cottage" and it was just lovely. So warm and cosy and spotless. Would certainly recommend and would love to come back. Ideally located for Warwick center - lots of pubs and eating places within a short walk and at least 3 National Trust properties within a short drive.

We came and stayed the night in the room named 'Sarah'. The rooms are each named after differing wives of the Earls of Warwick. We made use of the jacuzzi bath for two which was excellent. Breakfast was also and our host was both lovely and helpful. We came to see the castle and considering the building used to be...

What a find, not one to normally book a B&B but this property has definitely changed my mind on the term 'B&B'. Excellent quirky historic character cottage - ideally situation next to Warwick castle and within walking distance of many pub's, restaurants and a great micro brewery and beautiful historic environment - what more could you want from a weekend...

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Janet who was pleased to see us and welcomed us to her beautiful home. She briefly told us the history of the cottage of which she was obviously very proud. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we could possibly want for our stay. An excellent breakfast was served in...

Stayed here on our second night visiting the castle and surrounding area. A warm welcome awaits you. The cottage used to be in grounds of the castle so is directly at the entrance so it took less than 5 min to be in as we came from the castle where we had stayed the night before. The cottage is lovely...

I have stayed at this b&b twice now and both times have been great. Lovely couple who run the place nothing is too much trouble they let us park our car early to go to the races and the day after let us leave our car after we checked out to walk into town. They are very knowledgable about Warwick...
