I booked this hotel through hotels.com. The room description was a single room with ensuite bathroom. The actual room did not have a toilet or bath, only a sink. The hotel was hardly full so do not know why the room I was given did not have a bathroom. The nearest toilet and shower were along the corridor. Would pay...

Within half an hour of arriving I had been bitten on my legs by bugs/fleas. No top sheet and the bottom sheet had been slept on and had stains all over. The quilt cover had ground in dirt, very bad nights sleep. No hot water in the shower and left without breakfast because just wanted to get out as quick...

I stayed here with my husband on 1 Dec 2012 and booked it as it was advertised as a 4* Guesthouse. We stayed in a family room (double bed and bunk beds) and were surprised at how small the room was. There was only enough room for the 2 of us so I don't know how a family would get...

The family were raving about the full english breakfast and said the guest house was very clean & tidy and the owners really friendly and helpful. The rooms were...

We are a family of 5 who have stayed at Yardley Guest House for a week so far in a 2 week stay in between a house move. We found Sue and Dave to be extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. We don't normally bother with reviews or surveys, but their efforts to make sure we...

We have stayed at the Guest House many times. I have to wonder what the person must be like who wrote the last review. It can not be the same place. The person has submitted a picture that does not relate to the story as it does not look dusty or unclean. In fact it is shinning. You have to...
