I just needed a bed for the night for a function at the Town Hall, and this was much cheaper than the local hotels. My apartment had a balcony and was very well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven so would have been ideal for longer stays. It was looking a bit tired in places and the hot... More

Spent 9 days in one of the serviced apartments, they are excellently located, close to grocery and general shops, very well maintained and very clean. Fitted out with a handy clothes washing machine and kitchen. Highly recommended to anyone that loves their own private space.

Firstly on our booking we requested early check in , due to arriving in Birmingham at midday. We never heard anything back and we arrived and the keys were not in the safe, understandably early check in is not always available but would of been nice to have known. We spent the next few hours with cases in the centre... More

First the pluses. Spacious apartment with a balcony. Second floor. Bit worn but comfortable and a great location. Balcony too and the roof terrace superb. Kitchen spotless. Easy check in and the building secure. Now the negative. Bathroom not good. Hair on the floor. Dirt on the floor and around the shower. Not a good bathroom. Everything else for the... More

My wife and I were woken early in the morning (around 7am) by the sound of someone at the door of our apartment. I got up to find a workman wandering around the apartment. He was very apologetic and had been told it was empty. This was particularly alarming as my daughter was alone in the apartment next door and... More

I have had my review removed for some reason ! So I'm re posting. The apartment I was given to stay in was no where near the standard of the one advertised. There was mold around the windows , it was sparsely furnished - no bedside lights etx and I could feel the mattress springs when I sat in the... More

Burne Jones House has all the amenities required at an affordable price. Located in the heart of the Birmingham business district at Colmore and close to New Street and Moor stations, the Bullring and the Pallasades. I loved my stay there. The best thing about it was that the room had all that I needed from WIFI, to a safe... More

These apartments are very, very basic, done on the cheap, very little in terms of furniture and home comforts. Bed and sofa really uncomfortable. The apartment I was in was dirty and the noise from pubs across the road and next door was horrific. I wouldn't recommend this place, there is better in the area for around the same price.

Hi Amanda, Thanks for your feedback. It's seems that unfortunately that your mind was set to move out in the end despite your company's attempts and management efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We moved you into an alternative apartment after your initial feedback and I packed your bags and personal items on your behalf whilst you... More

Stayed for 1 night in 3 bed apartment. It was lovely! I had reservations but it is perfect. Great location, easy check in to room and very clean apartments! I went because I was seeing Michael Buble.
