This... is the most wonderful hostel i've stayed at, since, oh.. see picture. i stayed in a lovely place in Manila once.... delightful cockroaches... but sadly, the hatters did not have roaches of cock. Still, the kitchen was fine, for cooking.. as... thank God... its large.. and no-one else was using it. Did me a nice stir-fry. Now.. the room....

i stayed here last week, i opted because of £15/night, the beds and toilets and shower room weren't clean. my bed in the dormitory appeared someone had just used it. bed linen and duvet looked untidy and smelt horrible. I used my coat jacket as a blanket. there was no hot water in the shower room, i was taken to...

Hipster hostel that's good for meeting people especially if you're a solo traveler. Has a kitchen/dining area where activities are held on top of the reception areas, where you can hang around. The room is pretty basic though, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was good and simple. Staff members are really nice. The only down side was it's...

Wednesday 8th March was quite possibly the worst night's sleep I have ever had due to this hostel's poor facilities and it's staff's complete disregard for reasonable customer service. Arriving much later than intended due to a flat tyre on the journey there, myself and three companions arrived at Hatters looking forward to the '4 bedroom dorm with en suit'...

I stayed here for four nights recently and wasn't exactly happy with it. I've been solo backpacking for a while, and whilst this wasn't the worst place I've stayed, it was far from the best. It wasn't particularly clean, with dust and dirt and bits of rubbish under the beds and in the bathroom. It seems as though they have...

First time in a Hostel and probably also the last time. Absolutely minimalized breakfast, but that is to be expected when it's pretty cheap. Rating 3 is because the room was clean and that's worth an extra point.

Fantastic Manager who I've seen walking about, really seems to take an interest in the guests and the business! A big shout out to the night porter! Long night shift and still as friendly ever! Helpful and...

The rooms are big and clean. But no luxury: mattresses different quality, breakfast is simple, shower warm, but not a lot of water. we started in a room what was left with the heater fully on, it was like a sauna. Luckily we could move to an other room and we had a good night sleep.

Stayed for two nights in an 8 bed dorm on a weekend. Receptionist was happy to move me to a different room when the first one allocated didn't have lockers in the room. Kitchen / Dining Hall was clean and well stocked. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Central enough not to need taxis for town. Would recommend / stay again...
