Unfortunately, I am a little speechless when it comes to this establishment. Automatic doors that are not automatic, rooms that need finishing in the decorating department and beds that actually left me and my partner with back ache. Positives were that when we asked for a different space; originally as two adults (who are married) and a child we had...

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner. (09/04/17) When we pulled up to the hotel, it looked run down and NOTHING like the pictures on the website. But, me being an optimist, said lets not judge the book by the cover. Reception was fairly welcoming & the lady on reception seemed okay. We checked in with no hassle and...

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a conference and we booked it as they had rooms for 3 people at a cheap price. I really really wished we had paid some more money and gone somewhere else. I am not fussy but this place was disgusting. 1. The room was boiling. Hottest weekend of the year and the...

After a last minute booking online we came here to check in and pay. BY cash where we got told there's £50 charge on top of the room charge the girl serving was very rude and disrespectful to my sister and I. Overpriced and not worth it

Room number 558 on 4th march 2017. I was induced to book this hotel online because it had a pool and a health club. I decided to stay for 2 nights instead of the necessary one night in order to have a little break and use the facilities. I prepaid. On checking in I was informed that there was an...

I stayed as I had a massage booked with Suprina, and it was a pleasant stay. My room was lovely, big and quiet - all very much appreciated. The bed was lovely. I was able to go in and have a very good night's rest. I had a harbour view room to the back of the hotel. The shower was...

Bless it, it's falling apart at the seams. Warning - the football was on two screens in the bar and the language being shouted and screamed around was absolutely disgraceful. In front of tiny young children too. Completely unforgivable. It's supposed to be a hotel, not a third rate football terrace. They charge for the gym too. There's a sign...

I just needed a room to sleep and knew what I was going to get so I was not overly disappointed. For a basic hotel it's ok. But they really need to do some work on the rooms. The toilet seat was just disgusting. It does not cost much to change this. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. I never...

Nice polite staff, bedrooms clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Yes the place is tired and dreary in parts, reminded me of one the old hotels in Spain Breakfast was set out nicely. There were a few noisy morons in the corridors in the evening. Overall I enjoyed the stay so too my husband and daughter and doggie. Would certainly...
