You won't get to stay in any of the rooms seen on the web site. Poorly maintained and lots of things don't work. The eating area gets quite rowdy in the eveing as it heavily used by building workers. So don't bring the kids for an evening meals unless you want them to develop a colourful vocabulary. A dog poo'd...

Had a lovely stay in this hotel whilst in Birmingham attending a course. Great location with beefeater and TGI's next door. Stayed in the new block. Room was lovely with everything I needed. Plenty of tea bags! Great nights sleep in a comfy bed. Would recommend to anyone 🖒

Best hotel I have stayed at. Wouldn't improve anything and the corridors are also very comfortable however it would be nice if the use of the pool was included in the amount you pay but loved it. #Cobden

To say we are disgusted is an understatement! After arriving here after a long travel' we were greeted by a dreadfully rude receptionist, no hello or can i help just asked how we were going to pay. she then informed us that if we were to use cash it was another £50 on top for a deposit, which was not...

Me and my partner were on a business trip for his work, working at the CV show in the NEC. We originally were only staying Tuesday Wednesday but as our stand was doing well we wanted to help out Thursday too which meant booking a last minute hotel on the Wednesday! Baring in mind when in high demand hotel prices...

Unfortunately, I am a little speechless when it comes to this establishment. Automatic doors that are not automatic, rooms that need finishing in the decorating department and beds that actually left me and my partner with back ache. Positives were that when we asked for a different space; originally as two adults (who are married) and a child we had...

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner. (09/04/17) When we pulled up to the hotel, it looked run down and NOTHING like the pictures on the website. But, me being an optimist, said lets not judge the book by the cover. Reception was fairly welcoming & the lady on reception seemed okay. We checked in with no hassle and...

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a conference and we booked it as they had rooms for 3 people at a cheap price. I really really wished we had paid some more money and gone somewhere else. I am not fussy but this place was disgusting. 1. The room was boiling. Hottest weekend of the year and the...
