I stayed for one night after a birthday party with my husband at Travelodge and was very pleased with the reception team and the room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was just right. I would recommend this hotel definitely.

Brill stay, only complaint was need a better extractor fan for the bathroom. Receptionist was friendly as he checked us both in and out and remembered who we where. Stayed for a Steel Panther Concert which was a few minutes walk away.

We stayed here as my daughter had a operation at the children's hospital. We arrived at our room which was clean but no bed for my daughter made up the light bulbs had gone in two lights and only 1 towel for the 3 of us. As a housekeeper myself I feel that they didn't do there job properly that...

The best things about this hotel were the location (5 mins walk to City Centre), and the helpful and friendly staff. The good things about this hotel were that: the price was fair (without being cheap, or overpriced); the room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The only downsides to this hotel are that...

Tiny room with no air flow. Mo extractor in bathroom so had to have window open constantly which meant was often woken up. Very very basic. If you can afford it i would spend a bit more to get somewhere nicer.

I booked this hotel for my son and 4 friends to go to a gaming expo in the NEC, it was a good price and easy access to the train station for the NEC and the Birmingham nightlife. There was a problem with one of the rooms so the boys had to be moved for 1 night. These lads were...

Great location , short walk into the centre. As expected with all Travelodge's it is basic but this one was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great that there is a co-op right next door for anything you forget / need . The only problem was I stayed in room 111 for 2 nights and each morning about 6am...

Booked 20 double rooms for 2 nights for friends and family. Hotel and reception staff is fantastic, beds comfy, rooms clean, all OK. However, do not ever try to resolve an issue (book 1 extra room on top of your existing 20) with the telephone booking team, they will only say what their computer is telling them, will not care...

This is my 4th stay here. Great location for the Jam house, with an NCP car park located just around the corner. Staff very helpful, with a special mention to Symone her customer service was exceptional, a real credit to the travel lodge team.

Stayed here again as I was going to the Jam House. The staff were really helpful especially Hayley. There was a bit of an issue with the room and she dealt with it quickly and politely. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are basic but cheap and clean. The city centre is a 5 min walk straight up Newhall...
