Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and the restaurant is one of the best I have eaten in at this type of hotel - great breakfast, and steaks are cooked to perfection!! Standard wifi is a bit slow but would definitely recommend to anyone planning a short stay in Birmingham.

Our greater family of 37 aged between 8 & 80 descended on Birmingham over the w/e 21 - 23 April 2017 and chose this Premier Inn for its location and value for money. The Premier Inn was great with a lovely bar and restaurant and with top notch customer service. The rooms are clean and ready to go. Most rooms are equipped with a TV, WiFi, kettle, tea, coffee and plugs.

No doubt a great location right in the middle of town, its a premier inn but its fine. Has a restaurant downstairs called Bar and Block which is a steak place, food is good but limited, having spent 4 days a week there for some time i had enough but for a week of meat its fine. Getting an Iron...

Regular stayer here. This weekend was usual. Room wasn't made up as booked but was sorted very quick. Very friendly helpful staff. Did not eat at the restaurant. Perfect central location for visiting Birmingham. See you soon.
