Great location, clean hotel with fantastic customer service! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Was a bit disappointed that my room didn't have a bath, but the shower was clean and powerful. Breakfast was good, could have done with more choice, but not sure if that was because I went really early on a Sunday.

I found the room very dated especially the bathroom It had a shower which had a lot of black mould around the inner part the shower door was difficult to open and close and I got stuck in for a whil The floor appeared very slippy and I had to steady myself before getting out as I kept slipping as...

Could hear the pinging of the lift every time it came to the floor. Could hear running water from the room next door. Disabled room had grab bars in bathroom but not where they could assist with getting in and out of the bath.

Hi Kamini Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to read of the noise disturbance you experienced your stay and that you didn't find the bathroom to be suitable. Just so you're aware, some of our hotels do have wet rooms in the disabled room should this be more suitable. You're welcome to call the...

Great location. Two mins walk from New Street train station, overlooks the beautiful Cathedral. Room was basic but nice. But what stood out was the staff. Lovely woman who I'm sure said her name was Taz talked us through the self serve check in desk. Couldn't have been more helpful. We paid for the breakfast at the hotel and were...

I stayed here for two nights. I have never stayed in a Premier Inn before and I was really surprised how clean and comfortable the room was. Clean bathroom, the TV worked. The kettle was clean and not full of bits inside so a very happy customer. This Inn is in an ideal location, a minute walk from the cathedral...

Very good stay for very good value. Right in the heart of Birmingham and near the car park so it was very accessible and we were able to get to broad Street easily and quickly and there are some very nice restaurants around.

Excellent location - stayed here several times now can't fault it really. Restaurant is nice also and has recently been refurbished. One fault here we had a meal as a group but were unable split the bill which I found strange. Would definitely return in the future to hotel but would probably go elsewhere to eat

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Room, comfort, facilities and service were all of the top quality we have come to expect from our stays at various Premier Inns. The "meal deal" is great value and we look forward especially to the range of food on offer at breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was comfy, the black out blinds amazing, service brilliant and food in the restaurant excellent. I stayed in a big group and with a baby and we all had a great experience. All this for just over £60 for two nights!
