We spent one night at this hotel while in Birmingham to see a show. This hotel is up to Premier inn high standards, the room was large and clean, as was the bathroom and the staff were all very friendly. We got a great rate and had a room overlooking the Cathedral which was very quiet considering it is in... More

Though this hotel is very central (museums, shops, restaurants, main train station, well... everything one needs!) we didn't practically hear a sound in or out the room (#611)! We were able to rest as we needed. Great stay!

I was expecting a fairly average hotel and level of service with this being part of a chain, but was very surprised to feel like a valued individual customer. Very helpful, approachable and attentive staff who went out their way to make me feel comfortable and safe - important when travelling as a lone female. A very comfortable room, and... More

My friend and I had a one night stay here and couldn't have been happier. The staff on Reception were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the Cathedral which was a bonus. It was quiet at night considering the City Centre location. We arrived at New Street Station so it was a short... More

Very secure - room swipe card needed for corridor and lift . Friendly staff at reception and dining room. Good location. It was not clear how to get there from Birmingham... More

I avoided the auto checkin machines and spoke to a friendly receptionist. Our room was a good size, quiet, and comfortable. The location was brilliant for the city centre. Breakfast was not hot and plates were stone cold. A poor response from staff when brought to their attention. No apology or remedy offered. I phoned ahead to see if they... More
