My wife and I visited this great hotel for the St John Ambulance Celebrate 2 event and what a great time we had. From 2pm when we parked the car in the adjacent carpark (£20.00 for 24hrs) we were greeted at reception by Hannah who checked us in quickly and effectively in under 5 mins. Our room 704 was modern...

About 2 years since I stayed here before. What a transformation. Reception, restaurant and bar all now on ground floor. Good service and great use of space. Rooms comfortable. Great location and now New St Station finished this hotel is extremely convenient for not only the train but the whole of the city centre

Massive comfortable bed. Really good shower. Lovely room. Hotel lobby and bar are very modern. Enjoyed a nice bottle of sauvignon blanc after a really busy day in the lobby relaxing area. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. Good quality and plenty of choice. As its a city centre location bit noisy on...

The hotel has had a refurbishment and is uber modern, with an amazing reception and restaurant area with a Starbucks. Staff were excellent at reception. Breakfast was really good, chef will make eggs to order and...
