Stayed here for our birthdays weekend and loved it. We have stayed before and it has never disappointed us but this time we paid the extra and stayed on a regency floor, well worth the extra money. We had a complementary lounge on our floor so we didn't have to keep going to the bottom floor for a soft drink....

I stayed here for 5 days to attend a conference. The location is excellent and just a short 6-7 minute walk form the train station. It is also a short walk to many restaurants. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. My room was comfortable and offered a unique view of the city. The staff were excellent and did...

Unfortunately we were booked in during a big concert and the Christmas festival. The hotel is well laid out and the bridge from the hotel to the ICC was brilliant for us attending our conference. Parking is off site and you need to get a parking ticket and directions when you check in however depending on how busy the hotel...

Travelling on business you find so many hotels are bland and samey. This is NOT true for the Hyatt in Birmingham. Very friendly welcome from door men to reception to restaurant staff. The room was excellent, the breakfast delicious (especially the hot chocolate). I enjoyed great Wifi and loads of latest movies for 12 pounds. The gym was very well...

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt for one night in the last week of November 2016 whilst visiting Birmingham's German Christmas market, which seems to have become an annual pilgrimage. I decided this year that rather than stay in a budget hotel, (with which i have no problem by the way) I would push the boat out & go...

Since being built I have spent many hours in one way or another in this hotel - even spending the early hours with a bride and groom in the 'presidential' suite for a very famous wedding. Nonetheless on the 22nd floor you have a fantastic view of the city as well as the Birmingham eye, the ice rink and of...

I was struck by the rudeness of some guests but the absolutely professional response from the staff. My praise to the team. Rooms were delightful Air con was quiet bed was comfy The view from the 24 floor is delightful Easy...

The hotel is ideal when you are in Birmingham for the Barclay Card Arena. The hotel looks impressive when you walk in with a very nice reception hall, lovely bar and restaurant. The rooms are average. Room felt dated, on the smaller side. The bathroom soap felt cheap and very Motel 6 esque. Even the room keys are a flimsy...
