The garage fills up quickly and metered parking on the street is quite far away. Make note of this if you are driving in late at night or on a busy weekend and need to park. Staff was not particularly helpful overall. Rooms were hot (no A/C). It feels like this whole area of Birmingham is under construction which makes...

We chose to stay here for two nights when visiting Birmingham because my husband secured a rate which cost less per night than any of the nearby budget hotels. This being the case, overall we were happy with our stay, particularly as the hotel is in a great location and we only used it as a place to sleep. Despite...

Came to stay for a couple nights because of a family wedding in Birmingham. The hotel is very dated but at least rooms were clean and presentable. An OK experience but in desperate need of a refurb. Also, overnight parking charge is a robbery. Staff were very friendly, especially a young man called Benjamin. Bumped into him a few times during...

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. Once again it did not disappoint. We had one of the junior suites and also a complimentary bottle of Champayne. As it was our anniversary it made it extra special. The staff are always polite and helpful. Even though there are a lot of roadworks outside...

The hotel is clean and tidy and the restaurant has lovely food. The rooms are large and the staff are friendly and will try their best. Location is fantastic. The problem I had was that the rooms are really warm with no AC offered. If you open the window, you get very little air and the road noise is just...

To be quite honest we only booked this hotel because of the very competitive price. Some of the last review's were not very good so we were quite apprehensive. The receptionist who greeted us very welcoming and had good local knowledge of where we could eat. The bedroom was quite big with bed, 2 chairs, tables and good size TV....

Great location with a car park but needs money spent on it. Ceiling tiles broken. corridors grubby, room doors are so old with swipe keys not working, bedside tables broken, seats in the bar area worn out, showers are old MIRA's dating back to the eighties..................
