This hotel is better inside than it looks from the outside. Room was comfortable and clean but noisy doors and pipes. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel is good value for money and in good location for Birmingham City Centre. Plenty of car parking
Bedlinen and bathroom were clean - but after that taps not working, lamps hanging off and the door wasn't safe. Dated building - might have been fine in the 60's but not anymore.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the 20 20 cricket final day hotel reception was very good and helpful .rooms were clean but basic. parking was very good plenty of space. breakfast basic slightly overpriced. Hotel was basically 20 to 25 minutes walk from Edgbaston....More
One of the oddest hotels I've ever stayed in Firstly is it a motel? It's certainly laid out in that style. My room was small & in need of a complete refurbishment. The bathroom was tiny though at least the shower did work
