Clover Spa and Hotel has a European style Spa facility where swimwear is not necessary. Guests will experience the unique feeling of liberation that naturism offers, wonderfully relaxing, invigorating and confidence enhancing. The Spa has a beautiful Aspen Sauna, foot spa, cold plunge pool, heated stone loungers, fully tiled steam room and a magnificent Hot tub on the patio. When weather permits sun loungers in the garden where you can sunbathe naked are a wonderful bonus. Two treatment rooms for beauty therapies and body massages compliment the Spa facilities along with the relaxation lounge where food and drinks are served all day and included in the tariff. Please note Clover Spa and Hotel is a most respectful place, all guests must be comfortable seeing mixed gender nudity even if they don't participate, inappropriate behaviour by any guest will result in eviction from the premises.

Our first visit to this spa hotel and we were very impressed. The bedroom was large with a king size bed and an ensuite wet room. Well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. We just had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was very substantial. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the spa facilities very good. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub which we used several times. The other guests were friendly as were the people who just used the day facilities. Altogether a very enjoyable visit and we will come again. Highly recommended. Fiona & David

We had 2 nights in room 4, very nice, clean and comfy, with all the amenities you would expect. The spa part is wonderful, clean and very warm all over the hotel. Loved the sauna, plenty of room, the steam room is very good, and the hot tub is amazing, its the place most people gather to chat and chill. Ive already booked again for a few months time, and i plan on coming to visit by train for a day spa ticket. As a solo woman, I know ill be safe and respected, no worries about being alone in the hot tub naked with others. Its the Perfect place, and recommend it to any naturist or people wanting to try the lifestyle.

Just returned from an excellent, relaxing 2-night stay at Clover for my first social naturism experience that was absolutely worth the lengthy train journey! I arrived on a snowy Sunday and given a tour by the very friendly Martin who introduced me to the excellent facilities. I was a little nervous at first, relaxing in one of the robes provided, but after undressing for the first time for an excellent Swedish massage with the lovely Maxine I didn't look back. At Clover there is an incredibly relaxed and liberating atmosphere where nudity is simply second nature and everyone is free to enjoy the facilities unencumbered. I managed to enjoy many relaxing hours in the spa and hot tub areas, which despite the hotel being fully booked were never too busy. The hot tub in particular was fantastic, and if you haven't experienced enjoying nude hot-tubbing with the snow and wind on your skin, it's certainly an experience not to forget! Travelling solo, I stayed in two of the smaller rooms during my stay, but they both still featured excellent comfortable beds, ensuite wet rooms, and tea & coffee facilities. A full breakfast was available each morning by booking directly and makes an excellent start to the day. I arrived on a Sunday after the couples weekend so there were a good mix of couples and singles. I was certainly among the youngest [in my mid-20's] but this was not an issue, with nearly all of the residents and day guests I met, naturists or not, being incredibly friendly and welcoming, with most people equally happy to chat or quietly enjoy the facilities in peace. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, kind and helpful, from Dan & Emily on the desk, and in particular Kelly on night duty who was excellent and more than happy to accommodate a night owl like myself enjoying the facilities until late. It was one of those stays where by the end I was already planning my next visit. Thanks to everyone at Clover and look forward to my next visit.

This was our first visit and an easy place to find. Warm and friendly welcome and couldn`t do enough to make our stay with them special. We had a 3 day break Tuesday to Friday and used the place as a base. We parked up on the hotel forecourt and used the train and buses to get around. Train station is only about a 15 minute walk. My husband and I are vegan/vegetarians and the menu was very good for us. We had a different main meal each night and it was mostly all home cooking by the owner Tim. We rang them before out stay and asked whether they had any soya milk available at the breakfast. They said they would order some in for us, most impressed. The room was lovely and comfortable, modern and a lovely walk in shower. We had the largest room they do. Treatments available were reasonable and we both had a full body massage which was delightful. Spa area is lovely and everyone was very friendly. Would definately go again.

Just arrived home after a lovely couples weekend away at Clover Spa. It was our third visit this year and it means a two and half hour car journey from home but it’s worth every mile! We stayed in the same room as before (rm2) and as usual it was spotless. The bed must be super king size because it’s massive and we slept like a log. The room is facing the front of the hotel and a busy road but the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all in fact we hardly noticed any noise. We both had a massage which was absolutely bliss in fact I’m sure I nodded off! We stayed for dinner both nights, why bother to go out and getting dressed when you can have a lovely meal in house. We both work in retail and with Christmas coming up really needed a weekend relaxing before the madness, Clover is the perfect place to relax and forget your worries. Tim the owner is super friendly and cannot do enough always making sure we had everything we needed, thank you Tim. Special thanks to Martin, Liza, Emily, Rachel, Dan and Maxine ( hope these names are right!) you all deserve a medal for making our weekend fantastic. Tim your staff are amazing and a credit to you! Looking forward to many return visits
