As with all 4star hotels, it's not cheap to eat and drink here, however, we ate in the Millers restaurant...very nice..house wine is £26 a bottle, but it's an Hotel! Room was good and clean and quite comfortable. Lovely surroundings outside, with a nice lake and woodlands, and easy access to NEC.

Entrance was very lovely, staff very professional however me and my mate booked a deluxe twin room and were very disappointed with the standard of the room considering the price and the fact that I believe Hilton hotels should be of a high standard ! Smelt of damp and stale urine in the bathroom, not a nice first impression when...

Very tired, dated, staff don't look happy, had a spa day, worse facial I've ever had. I won't be returning!!! Couldn't eat in the restaurant because we weren't having afternoon tea from the spa, so they lost out on my money there!!

I visited for a work meeting. The venue is easy to find, has plentiful parking and the hotel is clean and a great place to hold a work meeting. Food was good and staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. We would use again.

We visited the Hilton prior to a show at the Genting Arena at the NEC. If going to the venue the hotel is in an excellent location with a minimal walk. The service at the desk was fast and efficient and the room was both furnished and maintained to an extremely high quality. We sadly didn't have time to utilise...

We are members of the Hilton honours programme so took advantage of their sale. A very early morning flight so booked a basic twin room with breakfast ( although we knew we would be leaving too early to enjoy it). and evening meal. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. The evening...

Enjoyed a very professional and friendly welcome at Reception. My room had twin single beds - I normally on my travels have enjoyed a Double bed for single occupancy. Heating was 'impossible' to control - either freezing or stiflingly warm! The bathroom was adequate, however both the toilet bowl and wash basin had hairline cracks. Bar service was terribly slow...

Stayed here recently for business trip. Overall a very poor experience and won't go back. Lots of little things coming together to diminish experience which definitely was not cheap. My room and bed was tiny, the shower and toilet immediately behind my bedroom head (open-room plan) with no separate bathroom at all. The TV was old-fashioned with a poor selection...
