Stopped here after seeing Ed Sheeran. Car park is well lit and there's ample spaces. The room was clean and fit for purpose. Reception is on the first floor. Receptionist was very friendly on check in and was able to have a laugh with her! There is a lift and steps. There is a cafe located next door which could...

Booked 4 rooms for our family to stay as part of family get together for the Easter weekend. Clean refurbished rooms everyone had a good night's sleep and enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast in the adjoining cafe. Also benefits from secure car parking. Definitely can recommend, it is worth paying the £3 for 24 hrs internet access.

Very nice stay, hotel nice and clean, bed very big and comfy. Staff very helpful, getting us cabs etc. Only problem was when I returned home, I noticed I'd left an expensive bottle of perfume behind in the room. It would have been nice if they had contacted me to tell me but I didn't really expect them to!!

Stayed in Perry Barr for location reasons. Hotel is clean, rooms are serviced well. Vending machine in reception was out of order but night porter gave me a bottle of water. This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. No frills no fuss, clean accommodation oh the shower was excellent.

For the cost the room facilities were very good. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us directions to the take away restaurants five minute walk away. The breakfast from the cafe attached to the hotel was great. The only problem were the inconsiderate dog owners who let their dogs bark...

Good price, well soundproofed given it's proximity, very clean, pleasant staff, off road parking, great basics no good if you want to eat in as only cafe but I had a breakfast box which was ok, would have been good to be offered a fruit pot instead of muffin and granary bar
