Frequently visited this hotel during business trips in the Birmingham region. The hotel is located in the city center close to many good restaurants. Rooms are modern and well equipped. Corner rooms may be a bit noisy due to the club next door, but didn't bother me. Breakfast is good, both English and continental offerings and live cooking available. Bathroom...

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Next door to a theatre and near the river. Clean and tidy room with a massive bed. No noises heard during the night. Decent hairdryer included in the room along with iron and tea and coffee. Would have been nice to have some hot chocolate!

Not sure how best to describe this hotel. I'll use bullet points. 1. Very unhelpful staff who seem to think a guest checking in is a complete inconvenience. 2. Tired rooms. Had to run around under the shower to get wet. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. When was the last time you had to bring your own soap...

Perfect location for NIA, food and shopping in Birmingham. Really comfy bed, easy check in and good selection of food for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in online is really easy and selection of rooms to choose from is good.

Check in was easy, we was given a room on the 5th floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Slightly chilly in the early hours but nothing major. My partner was happy the to had sky sports 1. Shower was the best I've ever had. A couple of the cleaners in the mornings looked miserable but most of the staff very...

Nice hotel, well appointed rooms. Located off Brinkley place its great location to explore Birmingham. Breakfast was ok - staff at reception and bar were great. Lady at breakfast wasn't terribly helpful until she was changed out on Friday.

Quite nice hotel right in the centre of Birmingham. Rooms are not too small, clean and modern. The wifi is free and the room service is decent quality (be prepared to pay an extra £5 for the tray... why??) There is a multistorey carpark 2min away and you can have a small discount if you ask the front desk. Definitely...
