Stayed here for a few times for events at the NEC. Great location Food at average Room is average, big dip in double bed in the middle Bathroom requires refurbishment Shower curtains stink Ants around tub Very noisy as near international airport, so wouldn't they invest in some reinforced triple glazing Windows? Or move the hotel further down Finally, the...

Dear Aleem82 Thank you for your continued loyalty to IHG and Holiday Inn. It is with deep regret and disappointment your recent stay with us fell short of your expectations and the high standards we pride ourselves on. Your concerns with your room have been looked at in detail with my executive housekeeper and maintenance manager who join me in...

We arrived and pleasantly surprised by our room upgrade to Exective Room on the ground floor, and there the purgatory began. Marco Pierre White should be embarrassed to put his name to this very basic restaurant. We decided to treat ourselves to a Ribeye steak, given that we rarely have the chance to eat out at home, and what a...

Dear Cornish Diver It is with disappointment and sadness learning your dining experience was far from the high standards we pride ourselves on, something the team and I are sincerely sorry for. Please be assured learnings have been taken from your feedback, as this is not the restaurant experience that we want anyone to receive. I have tasked my senior...

Decent room, if a bit dimly lit. Quite spacious. Public areas and bar airy and staff friendly. Dining room struggled to cope with volume of custom at breakfast but same was decent enough. Function rooms were more than adequate for our purposes. Overall, decent value weekend function hotel, and doubtless likewise for other functions that benefit from airport proximity.

Have just returned from a business trip and stayed at this hotel for the umpteenth time. This was our first stay since the restaurant has had a makeover and had pictures of MPW all over the walls as well as his exclusive menu for dinner. During the three night stay we ate in the new restaurant once and in the...

So our airline royally screwed us and we ended up at this hotel while waiting for our replacement flight. First of all, be aware it's around a ten minute drive from the airport. There is a shuttle bus but it leaves from the train station (accessible via monorail from airport). It's a little chaotic when busy and the staff at...

I stayed at the hotel for a conference - I'm still on maternity leave so I brought by six month old along, and my mother to help take care of baby while at the conference. I was overwhelmed by how helpful and supportive the staff were - nothing was too much trouble - changing our room to help with baby...

In many ways, this is a typical older Holiday Inn - rooms too dim, not enough power sockets in the room, and those that are there are in the wrong places, no safe in the room, but clean, comfortable bed and free fast WiFi. Staff were helpful and cheerful (especially Rose), but the car park was full to capacity, Buffet...
