Rooms were small and very basic, the headboard and desk we covered in dust which was pretty nasty to be fair. The facilities and parking we substandard. The bathroom can only be compared to that of a caravan, both in size and materials! Shower was too small and the curtain kept sticking to you when you tried to shower... I...

We always stay at this little hotel when visiting parents who live in Halesowen. Great value, clean and very convenient. Also ideal if you like KFC - there is a restaurant on the ground floor!! Also an ALDI supermarket right across the street.

The hotel was nice and clean inside. The only downside was the tiny size of the bathrooms and flimsy shower curtain that didn't stop any of the water coming out. Much more problematic is the externals of the hotel and having to walk through a pretty iscolated market area at night where I was constantly approached by the homeless. I...

Clean and comfortable with a great shower, I slept well and have no negative comments about the room. Staff were very helpful. KFC and a licensed shop below, I did not venture into the town so can not comment on facilities locally.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel but there was one member of staff that could have been more friendly. Otherwise everyone else was friendly. Good location. Easy to get to by public transport. Rooms were comfortable but I do prefer a flatter pillow. But enjoyed my stay and I think Travelodge is the best value hotel chain in the country.

This is a newer travelodge, and is still nice and shiny. Large free car park. Off licence and KFC downstairs. There used to be a handy Greg's downstairs, but this had gone. Hotel is on outskirts of Halesowen, so apart from a Lidle, there is not much else near the hotel. Recommended as a stop over while doing something else.

All the good points of Travelodge spoilt by the noise and smell from the KFC on the ground floor. One has to feel sorry for the staff. I also notice (after the event) that others have had the same problems.

It does the simple things right...it's not a luxury hotel and it doesn't pretend to be.it gives you the important things simply packaged..the bed was luxurious a match for any 5 star hotel..likewise the shower was excellent.easy to use and powerful..the room was very clean.tidy well.laid out and absolute value for money
