The hotel was clean and comfortable, however, we were woken with noise between 4am - 5am with construction workers returning to the hotel after a night's work - chatting loudly and showering. Left shattered. Also, needed to get extra duvets to go on the camp beds for the kids as the springs were uncomfortable. Children should get a good night's...

Stay here when visiting nearby family, location wise it's between two roads and above a KFC & drivetru as such it's not the quietest but it's got plenty of parking although you have to register your car to avoid a charge - the car park if filthy, bins often overflowing which is off putting, not sure that's Travelodge fault to...

Stayed for 3 nights with the family. Family room with double bed and two single beds. Rooms are very comfortable with television and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms were clean. Good value for money. Would stay again. Friendly staff.

I would recommend Travelodge Birmingham Halesowen, was without a phone charger, Steph, the receptionist, found me one, checked in no problems, helpful staff, cannot fault them, so helpful, went round town, was able to take charger with me.

Did what it said on the tin. Staff very friendly, courteous and professional. No complaints. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would most certainly stay there again, in fact leaning more now towards Travelodge than other alternatives whenever possible.

The hotel is very modern with good sterile showers . It is very quiet inside. Downstairs there are KFC and a convenience store. Plus you get all the goodies of Travelodge eg. comfy beds, fresh linen and good English tea.

Turned up at late o'clock having made a mistake with room booking. Despite being full Adam and Claire went way above and beyond to find me a room. Can't speak highly enough of these two staff members.

Every time I stay there I am kept awake by the flashing light on the smoke alarm and also the flimsy shower curtain makes it very difficult to have a comfortable shower without covering the bathroom floor with water!! I spoke to staff about the flashing light of the smoke alarm and he said there was nothing they could do.....

When you book in to a Travelodge you know it's not going to be the Hilton. It's functional and low on trimmings. We needed an overnight stay in the Bormingham area and the company's online booking system gave a thorough listing of alternatives while displaying their distance from our search address, it made it clear that car parking was available...
