Stayed here for one night. Was very ideal being by train station. Rooms was great apart from few stains on bedding but nothing horrific. Amazing service from manager Diane who helped me know end with leaving an item behind. Fantastic customer service.... I would say for anything to stay here as was comfortable. And easy access to the city. Thank...

This hotel is one of the modern renovated Travelodges. Comfortable beds, rooms as expected, clean, relatively spacious for a city centre with tea & coffee provided. Bathroom clean and modern. You can get cheap rates if you book in advance. Despite booking an advanced super saver that said no cancellations, I couldn't make my original date but they allowed me...

The room was clean, tidy and well presented. I had an excellent stay. I can't fault the service, I accidentally left my wedding ring on the bedside shelf. Following a call to the hotel and speaking to Dawn, she recovered my ring and called me back to let me know it was safe and arranged for it to be posted...

Room was really clean and tidy. Staff friendly on arrival. Good value for money and right in city centre. Staff were amazing when i accidentally left something behind in my room after checking out. They could not be more helpful and went to great lengths to find my stuff and arrange for me to collect. Thank you so much, especially...

The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't close the curtains to get a good night sleep. But the Shower was perfect, the room was warm and it's a great location. Assistance given with parking if you need to stay over 8 hr's at a time.

My partner and I were here celebrating our anniversary and touring around Birmingham. The reception accused us of such disgusting stuff and was shouting at my partner and I. In the end she found nothing but again shouted at us at the reception area as we were checking out. The service was absolutely poor and the way we were spoken...

We stayed for one night on Easter Saturday. We booked over the phone when we arrived in Birmingham, then didn't receive the booking confirmation email or text, so wasn't sure which Birmingham Travelodge we had booked into (having been offered several options and not having any knowledge of Birmingham and it's many many Travellodges). We drove to central Birmingham then...

This is based on the hotel being great value for a city centre. BUT the staff were all very friendly, the room was clean and surprisingly quiet. We had no issues wit the parking arrangement and paid £9 as advertised.
