Good hotel very helpful staff well presented and knowledgeable and lovely to chat to. Good location for Bullring and Selfridges and a great place to chill out afer all that shopping! Loved it will go back as I throughly enjoy going to the hotel

Second visit to this convenient yet quiet city centre hotel. Comfortable beds in well equipped room . Staff at reception were welcoming and happy to help with local knowledge and practical assistance .

Often when I stay here, it's arranged on my behalf. No ID requested on check-in; just asked to confirm the first line of address.

No security, but the groups hanging around are guests waiting for other guests. There is no seating in the small lobby so half a dozen people waiting fill it!
