Pros: Convenient central location. Cons: I found the Male Receptionist really quite rude when I was checking in - making overly personal comments. The room itself was fine regarding amenities and size but I had the most atrocious night, unable to sleep as the room was too hot. I had turned off the heater in the room but was unable...

Good location, but not the best Travelodge I've ever stayed in. Adequate but wouldn't return quickly! Lack of breakfast facilities (other than a fairly dismal 'breakfast box') was a bit of a downer. Another time I'd skip that and just go out! Staff were friendly though, and handled missing remote issue well/promptly.

Good place top stay if you're on a budget. Room was nothing special but perfectly adequate if you're travelling through. Price was reasonable. Staff were very friendly and the best part of the stay. The room was clean and the shower was nice too.

I booked this Travelodge just for a quick overnight stay on route to London. It is cheap for a reason! Though close to the city centre it is not in the nicest part of town and lots of suspicious characters were lurking in and around the hotel. A very strong smell of weed on several floors of the hotel confirmed...

A great position for a day or 2 in central Brum right next to the shops. Park all day in the NCP for a reduced £6 very close. Tesco metro underneath , no breakfast but central brum has lots of choice.

I stayed here for two nights in January 2017 and barely slept a wink. I was in Room 211 & it is located on the corner nearest to the VERY busy road and I heard every single word said by a person and rev from a bus and car until the very early hours of the morning. The walls are...

Room was clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Good central location. Elevator and landing areas smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. Could do with better sound proofing from external noise, I was woken by street cleaners.

Hotel centrally located, value for money hotel. Lift area smells strongly of cleaning fluids and is overpowering and there is a slope outside the lift which I he tripped on each time I stay - a warning sign would be helpful

Cheap comfortable one night stay. No problems with checking in/out. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The location is great. Very close to the bull ring and the two main train stations. For the price it is good value

A very conveniently located hotel. I asked for peace and quiet and got it in a 6th floor room. No ambient noise from the city or neighbours. Room comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Friendly, obliging staff. Excellent lift. First rate value. I will return.
