One night stay for business. No problems. Room was basic and small but clean and warm. No noise from street below which was good. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The only thing I would improve would be the shower curtain, which was rubbish...More

Fantastic stay at a very reasonable cost. Friendly helpful staff. We took advantage of a great offer to spend a Friday night in Birmingham so we could shop at our leisure and take advantage of the nightlife which we did.

Often when I stay here, it's arranged on my behalf. No ID requested on check-in; just asked to confirm the first line of address.

No security, but the groups hanging around are guests waiting for other guests. There is no seating in the small lobby so half a dozen people waiting fill it!
