Lovely decor and central to the city. Parking is costly at £20 for the night. The discount takes it down marginally. A better deal could be offered. It is a nice hotel and the rooms are equipped for a pleasant stay. Not quite the luxuriousness I anticipated but still a good quality hotel offering comfortable beds and air conditioned rooms.

Dear LotusBlossom31 Thank you for your review of the hotel I am pleased that you had a pleasant stay and described us as good quality. Unfortunately as we do not own the carpark that is attached to the Mailbox where we are located we are only able to offer the discount they give us. Although the cost reflects city centre...

Booked this as a special treat for my husbands birthday. Hotel is well located and parking is convenient (at a charge of £17) and was not full even with all the shoppers around. The room was comfortable, we were in a club room that had robes and slippers. Nice toiletries, tea and coffee and a coffee machine. Bed was really...

Here are some reasons why - Good price for what you get The superior double rooms have screen dividers between the beds Pay extra to get the continental breakfast included, it's worth it and only 2 pounds to upgrade to the hot breakfast. The rooms are large and nicely decorated including the bathrooms The parking is a bit expensive (£17...

Classy hotel in a good city centre location. Rooms very well sized, although the lobby area of the hotel seems cramped. Good bar and excellent breakfast. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but overall this is a great location and place to stay.

Fantastic place, we upgraded to the junior suite as a Christmas treat and was not disappointed, just lovely. Recently refurbished it really is beautiful and the bed is the best I've ever slept in. If I had to be picky we couldn't get the shower temperature to be as hot as we would have liked. Perfect location in the mailbox...

Simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, great location, environment, immaculate rooms, great customer service and overall a very comfortable stay. Location could not be better, ample parking in the mailbox which is a 1 min walk from the hotel entrance. This really is prime example of you get what you pay for and this hotel...

Room was nice apart from the queen bed was actually two singles pushed together which is very uncomfortable when one of you ends up near the middle of the bed! The hotel itself was very nice, you have to pay for parking which over night is £20 (although you get 15% off because you stayed at the hotel-just beware of...

Stayed last night for a night in Birmingham with family. I've drank in the bar enough times before but never stayed over. The room was superb in terms of bed size and comfort with a large bathroom although the shower wasn't that powerful. The rest was excellent though. The style will not be to everyone's taste (sleek and modern) but...
