Hotel was easy to find there was plenty of car parking ,friendly check in ,excellent rooms not to far from city centre and arenas.shame about being woken up at 9.15 on a Sunday morning by hammering from the ongoing refurb work ,and breakfast being served on small cold plates, but otherwise a great stay .

Lovely Premier Inn with very friendly staff and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was yummy, I would definitely recommend staying in this Premier Inn, and it's only a half an hour walk to the Bullring and Frankfurt Christmas Market.

Stayed here before back in 2014 and again last year, it needed a tidy up which I can see is now on the way. Ground floor is a building site as it is now so be mindful of this when booking, it will state on the website when booking and doesn't effect the stay in anyway so all ok. Car...

Leisure trip. Always use Premier Inns. I trust the brand. Parking is plentiful, but is charged for. Not expensive but not used to paying for parking at Premier Inns. Very unusually, the bed was uncomfortable, but not so bad that I would complain about it. Just didn't expect it. The breakfast staff were excellent. The food was good. The building...

The hotel has clearly been recently renovated and we found the two night stay very clean, comfortable and great value for money. For the price, I couldn't recommend the stay enough! We will certainly be returning next Christmas!

Nice hotel. Very pleasant staff. Bed really comfy and room nice and clean. Quite near concert venue with taxis easily available. Breakfast cooked to order, very leisurely. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Good stay overall

Some rooms are nice and refurbished - some are not. Same price. My room was basic, old fashioned and cold. Lights didn't work. Horrible single sheet loo paper dispenser. Just not a nice experience compared to friends who got a nice room. We paid the same price. Only stay here if you're feeling lucky!

The hotel is very convenient to the city centre, it is a short walk or buses are available. The staff and rooms were brilliant as usual and the restaurant meals were also very good. We went to Birmingham specifically for the Christmas Market which was ok, one long road of stalls. The products sold varied from food and ornaments and...

We stayed here to go to the German Christmas market, a short taxi ride away at a cost of £6 each way so it was convenient. It is alongside a very busy road and so there is road traffic noise but it was bearable. The usual standard you expect from a Premier inn.

Bit disappointed with hotel location tucked away on an industrial estate! Albeit close to work not much around and...bar closes early! Breakfast v good and room typical PI standard so no problems there...just lacks any personality merely functional
