Stayed here for the night after a Christmas party found the staff very welcoming, I arrived hours before checking in time and they done everything possible to give me my room early, nice bar to chill in with a good conversation from the bar staff and price good as well, yes it is a bit off the beaten track but...

Hotel was very comfortable. Great beds, a breakfast to look forward to and a decent evening meal. The only downside was the distance to the city centre and shops so you are more or less stuck there unless you want a walk over and under busy roads. Took half an hour to walk to station for someone. But we were...

Very friendly welcome, clean modern rooms, quiet on the upper floor. Plenty of parking, let me leave the car there all day after my stay. Approx 30 minute walk into the centre through Aston University grounds. Very close to the new fast rail college.

this premier inn is centrally located, easy to find but close to the main road so we didn't know how quiet it would be. However we were pleased to hardly notice traffic and enjoy our stay as usual with all the friendliness and efficiency we always experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Birmingham East hotel this weekend. I travelled up from Guildford and I took a wrong turning and ended up driving up towards Leicester. When I eventually got to the hotel I mentioned my journey to the receptionist. A bit later a member of staff came up to our room and delivered a box...

I stayed here on the 13th January as I was going to watch Impractical Jokers at the Barclaycard Arena.First impressions were not good as it is not signposted when you come off the A38 and it is very hard to find if you do not know where you are going/following instructions. There was loud banging noises coming from the room above...

We booked this premier inn for the weekend of Autosport International. It was 10 minutes from the NEC and was much cheaper than the hotels near the NEC. The room and bathroom were the usual standards and couldn't be faulted. The same with the food dinner was spot on and couldn't be faulted. Breakfast was a little lapse as staff...

Best Premier Inn I've stayed in. Room spotless and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked or expected more. I don't think the hotel was new but everything looked new and fresh. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant service excellent too. Very handy for the match and decent pubs nearby if you fancy a couple of drinks

We were only here for two nights. Arrived (first time ever in Birmingham) as two groups, each a party of one adult two children. On discovering that I had royally cocked up our booking the reception staff went above and beyond to amend it, making our stay possible. The kids were impressed with the cool receptionist who offered them a...
