My friend and I booked just for one night to attend the Iron Maiden gig at the Barclaycard Arena on May 21st. Easy to find. Great on site secure parking which had easy access. We had a lovely room on the 16th floor with amazing views over the city. Big comfy twin bed with very high quality linen. This room...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 13 April 2017

Spacious room especially as disabled, many are labelled but are normal size. Cleanliness, it was emaculate. The bed was unbelievable, it was firm and for someone who is insomniac, slept right through. Room heat was very comfortable. Bathroom was enormous, towels were sumptuous and large and all bathroom necessities. The staff were cheerful and knowledgeable. On asking about fire in...

Dear guest Wow, thank you so much, we are all thrilled with your review, and really appreciate you taking the time to note all the aspects which met, and indeed exceeded your expectation. Booked this hotel as it was excellently priced and a 10 minute stroll to the Barclaycard Arena (we had tickets for Micky Flanagan). Arrived not really expecting much but was pleasantly surprised upon seeing our room. Room was spacious and very clean and had power sockets both sides of the bed (don't get these very often and we all need...

We chose this hotel for our week stay in Birmingham (from Canada). The hotel is conveniently located on Broad Street, near the amazing Brindley Place and canals area, which we frequented often for dining and strolls, and a 10-15 minute easily navigated walk to the city centre and its historic sights, shopping and New St. train station. The hotel is...

I've spent 5 days there in april and I'm really glad I chose this hotel. The location is good, on Broad Street with easy access to a lot of restaurants of all kinds in the area. Also, it's close to Brindley Place and the Bullring shopping center. A few grocery stores and cinemas are also at a close walking distance....

We stayed a weekend at this hotel and found it to be good value as it included breakfast and wifi. The location was convenient but having stayed on Broad Street before in a different hotel we found it to be rowdy at the weekends, so we requested a quiet room and were allocated one facing the back which we're pleased...

There were 20+ of us staying here for a conference this week, and all I can say is that this place is awful. Very dated, poor decoration and fittings, bathroom in the bedroom was terrible, shower awful, not very clean, and the business facilities and lunch were the worst anyone in our business had ever experienced. Not a good experience...

Booked this as a result of going to a show at the Barclaycard arena. For the price it is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Room was really nice with all the usual requirements catered for but with a slightly up market feel that you would expect with the Hilton. Bar prices were surprisingly reasonable for this type...

Stayed two nights with some colleagues on a recent business trip to Birmingham. The hotel has very convenient parking and is located right in the centre with great access to restaurants, pubs, etc. The room was very clean, staff super friendly and all met expectations.
