Had our company meal here on 23rd December. The courtyard was breathtaking with a live singer. Food was exquisite and filling. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a high quality meal in Birmingham City Centre.

My friend and I visited Birmingham for the Christmas markets, and stayed for one night in this hotel. We arrived early, before check in, and friendly and helpful staff stowed our bags. The receptionist was incredibly warm and friendly and not only did they provide us with a map they highlighted the areas where the market was as well as...

My last review was a little indifferent but this visit, with John and Jane on John's birthday was very good. Excellent service, potentially even too attentive, the Christmas fayre was good. Well done for such a busy lunch time.

We stayed previously in June the service was less than average. Only booked again as a deal before experiencing a less than average stay. We stayed again as a family in December as the boys were on a conference and us gals Christmas shopped. From the start the staff could not have been more helpful. Staff in restaurant really joined...

Beautiful building in the city centre. First impressions are wow! Very impressive and bedroom was fantastic (Geoff Merrill room) - sleigh bed and huge downstairs bathroom was a real novelty. Absolutely loved little touches like real milk in the minibar, not so much limited power points (none by bed and choose either light or hairdryer by mirror) and intermittent wifi....

I chose to book this hotel after visiting the Hotel Du Vin in York for a wine tasting experience. I was impressed with the York hotel, so decided to book into the one in Birmingham. Just a 10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station and a few minutes walk from Snow Hill Station this hotel is in a great...

Celebrating yet another anniversary with my partner, I googled some of the top restaurants I have yet to try out, and Hotel Du Vin was almost at the top of the search. After quickly glancing through their website I made my booking and was looking forward to that night out. Upon entrance, you can immediate feel a hint of a...

This hotel is worth every penny. We found it incredible value for the size of our room (which was an enormous corner one), the exceptional city centre location, the service, food and comfort. Not the cheapest hotel, but certainly the best value we've ever stayed in. Look forward to returning.

The staff are extremely helpful, professional and polite and seem to be happy to make our stay pleasurable. This hotel is within walking distance for snow hill (1...

The Hotel Du Vin has been a venue I have waited MANY years to go to and was completely DISAPPOINTED and DISHEARTENED by the whole experience. I always try to write fair reviews but there was little to redeem my experience. We had booked a Christmas lunch and I was excited to be attending the prestigious Hotel Du Vin. From...
