Stayed for one night in December. The room was clean & the bed so comfortable, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The meal at the party was very good , the service excellent. However the breakfast next morning was disappointing the hot food was cold , greasy & the bacon barely cooked. The food which should...

I just don't know what to say about this hotel, apart from the fact that the girl at check in and guy at check out were lovely, plus the lady who takes you to your table for breakfast. We were a bit early checking in and thought that it was a bit unfair that our companion's room was available and...

I visited this hotel on mid week business, however I was also meeting my partner there as we both had business in Birmingham, so the experience was both from a business and couples perspective. Parking is always an issue in central Birmingham, and although there is a multi storey adjacent to the Radisson I wound up at Snow hill, so...

Stayed here on business with colleagues for 1 night. This is a nice clean, modern hotel, 5 mins from New Street Station and 10 mins from the Mail Box and Bull Ring (and of course the German Market, this time of year). I arrived fairly early and they were able to get me a room, but only on the 5th...

I'm sure the hotel is fine but me and my friends booked a table through an online table service to which the hotel subscribes. When we arrived all dressed up we were told by 3 different staff that "we" had made a mistake as they had a Christmas party going on. The manager eventually came over and to be quite...

My Mum and I went to Birmingham 4-6th December for a mother and daughter Christmas shopping trip. This hotel is 7 min walk from the station and 10 mins walk from either the Mailbox (fabulous restaurants and high end shops) or the Bullring (great mall!). Room was lovely with ergonomic design for storage. Always cleaned beautifully. Breakfast was lovely; they...
