Arrived later than anticipated due to train delay. Having pre-booked in online the check-in was quite efficient. Room allocated was to the usual standard, very quiet location and overlooking side street. Had a good nights sleep and then walked to nearby pub for breakfast as did not want the large buffet offered.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. It is in a quiet area but only a short walk from all the places to eat in Brindley Place and the centr of the city. The online check in made the stay hassle free.

Excellent first night stay. Unfortunately drunks were in the room above during the second night making a lot of noise between 3.00 and 5.0am. The porter was very helpful in this difficult situation. We were awarded a full refund in the morning by very courteous staff. We did stay 2 nights and the 1st night (Friday) was very good.

Used the hotel for a visit to the Barclaycard Arena, very convenient. We didn't ask for directions, hence a little difficult to find from Broad Street. Brindley place signs were a bit vague amidst road works.

The staff are welcoming and friendly however the noise from the room above and car park were quite bad and so spoils what could have bee a really good stay. Additionally the address states broad street but we found this hotel difficult to find as it...

Wasn't sure as so many of these types of hotels available but this very much exceeded our expectations fantastic value for money, beautifully clean, friendly professional staff. Recommend to anyone. It is off the Main Street as well making it very quiet.

This Premier is slightly out of the centre of Birmingham so doesn't carry the usual facilities of a bar & restaurant. However we found it a little cheaper than city centre and probably a little quieter. Room was a nice size & bed comfy. Staff friendly and helpful as ever.. We are booked to stay here again next year for...
