We stayed here for a night out in Birmingham. The location is excellent literally 3 mins walk to broad street and near a lovely little restaurant area. It's clean and the staff are lovely. BUT be prepared this is a very small roomed hotel. As you walk in the bed is there on your left- that is your seating area... More

Unlike other reviewers I expected the rooms to be very compact as I'd actually done some research!! At £98 the room was a little pricey but as it was the Christmas market in comparison to the other hotels in the area it was to be expected. The room wouldn't be great if there were two of you staying for more... More

Stayed 1 night in an alleged double room. Bed one of the worst we have slept in. No room for 2 people to change. Towel had dirty mark on it. Noticed this after shower due to poor light. Floor in shower room slippy and tiles uneven. Room was musty smelly and dirty. State of decour grotty in the extreme. Noisy... More

Hi, me and my wife stopped in the standard double room, I expected a small room but I think even The Borrowers would think it's small, 2 people cannot stand up and get changed together, we struggled to get into the room with suitcases and clothes we had, it's maybe better suited as a single person room, other than that... I paid £100 for a night (Sat 19/11/16) it wasn't worth a tenth of that. The Christmas market has just commenced hence the inflated price, However the quality of the room and service was just shocking. Dropped bags off and was amazed how basic hotel was and tiny all the rooms are. this I suppose is to be expected for... More

Room is small and basic, my bathroom at home is bigger. After a Great night out in Birmingham, came back to what I can only describe as 'Student Halls' - It was noisy most of the night. The hotel is situated in a great spot, but wouldn't stay here again through choice.

I stayed here with my friend after a concert at the 02 institute. Is situated ideally to stay after night out in Birmingham. The hotel was modern, very good service. Free wifi was also a great bonus. Although the room was quite small, it was perfect for what we needed it for and the price. The only downfall is the... More

Stayed here for 1x night. Really surprised how small and cramp the room is. As a couple it was very tight, not much in the room but a bed and one stool (probably couldn't fit more in) No hairdryer which is strange for hotels today. Room was freezing too (and there was no window?) air con only blasted out cold... More
